• Our reports are not a substitute for professional legal, technical, or marketing advice.
• Battle Plan Marketing, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided by our AI tools.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
• Engage in any automated data collection, "scraping," or "crawling" of our site or infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Silent Bouncer™ software.
• Use the service to transmit any unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Battle Plan Marketing, LLC, its employees, or any other user.
